Joy McCulloch

Joy McCulloch joins the iSpeed FELT Racing Team staff with a deep history in Southern California Cycling. As a racer, educator, coach and team manager, Joy has participated in all levels of cycling since 2003. 

Joy acted as the sponsorship and media liaison for the Elevate Pro Cycling Team from 2010-2020. During her time with the team, she ran logistics, athlete support, and helped ensure that the team operated at the highest level possible. 

Having raced from 2003- 2017, Joy has experience as a professional mountain biker and elite road racers, where she won the Southern California District Time Trial and Criterium in 2014. Throughout her career, she worked as a domestique, defending many yellow jersey’s at the Tour of the Gila, Redlands Bicycle Classic, North Star Grand Prix and more. 

On top of her coaching and team management roles, Joy has worked closely with USAC teaching coach education while running her coaching business, Big Wheel Coaching, Inc. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our newly formed iSpeed FELT Racing Team.
